Lana’s journey in business event management is rooted in decades of experience within the corporate industry. She has managed units of 150-200 employees at international organizations, where, in addition to Head of Operations responsibilities, she led and organized thematic department meetups, team buildings, business conferences, and corporate events such as Christmas Events and Project Milestone celebrations.
Her 15 years of experience in global corporations with over 15,000 employees has allowed her to collaborate with specialists, leadership, stakeholder, and customers. This has upskilled her in operational excellence, customer centricity, on-time project deliveries, and maintaining high-quality standards, fueling her passion for business event management.
